$975.00, which includes the filing fee and all other expenses. Representation includes rendition of services for all aspects of the Chapter 7 case, including: analysis of financial situation and advice; preparation and filing of petition, schedules, statement of affairs, reaffirmation agreements and other forms required; and representation at the meeting of creditors, including any re-set hearings of the meeting.

Chapter 13

$1475.00, including filing fee and all expenses. Not less than $500.00, plus the filing fee, must be paid when the case is filed, with the remaining portion payable over three to five years through the Chapter 13 Plan. Representation includes rendition of services for all aspects of the Chapter 13 case, including: analysis of financial situation and advice; preparation and filing of petition, schedules, statement of affairs, and all other required forms; representation at the meeting of creditors and any continued meetings; and representation at Confirmation Hearing before Bankruptcy Judge.

$200.00 per professional hour, plus out-of-pocket expenses. Retainer of $7,500.00, plus the current filing fee, to be paid into counsel's client trust account. Approval of the Bankruptcy Court judge is required prior to payment for services rendered.
